A businessman identified as Alhaji Yusuf Mohammed Keche has reportedly been abducted by gunmen suspected to be kidnappers in the Federal Capital Territory.
Keche was reportedly taken after observing Isha’i prayers at a mosque in Dabi Bako, within Kwali Area Council of the FCT.
The incident was reported on Thursday, with initial accounts indicating that the businessman was abducted after leaving the mosque following the evening prayer.
Details surrounding the incident remain limited. It was not immediately clear how many people were involved in the reported abduction or whether the suspected kidnappers had established contact with the victim’s family.
The whereabouts of Keche and the identities of those responsible for the reported incident were also not immediately known.
