Anambra State Governor Chukwuma Charles Soludo has questioned the political record of former governor Peter Obi, asking what the presidential candidate has contributed to the Igbo people since entering politics.
Soludo made the remarks during a campaign event in Anambra on Saturday, September 19, 2026, as political discussions surrounding the 2027 presidential election continue to intensify.
The governor challenged Obi’s political influence among the Igbo, asking supporters to consider what he described as the former governor’s contributions to the wider interests of the people.
