
INDUSTRY CONSTITUTION & PROFESSIONAL GOVERNANCE CHARTER
(Nigeria & Global Entertainment Industry Standard)
PREAMBLE
This Constitution establishes the legal, professional, ethical, and operational framework of Qyvexarion Global Entertainment. It is a structured entertainment industry body engaged in music, film production, comedy, dance, digital media, and creative arts. This document defines governance, membership rules, discipline, finance, and production standards in alignment with recognized entertainment industry practices in Nigeria and globally.
ARTICLE 1: NAME AND LEGAL IDENTITY
The organization shall be known as Qyvexarion Global Entertainment, a professional entertainment industry entity engaged in creative production, talent development, and multimedia entertainment services.
ARTICLE 2: INDUSTRY OBJECTIVE
The primary objective is to develop, manage, and promote creative talents in music, film, comedy, dance, acting, and digital entertainment, while maintaining industry-standard discipline, professionalism, and global competitiveness.
ARTICLE 3: MEMBERSHIP ELIGIBILITY
Membership is open to individuals actively involved in entertainment or creative industries. All members must demonstrate professionalism, discipline, and commitment to industry growth and must accept this Constitution as binding.
ARTICLE 4: REGISTRATION REQUIREMENT
All applicants must complete official registration and pay a non-refundable ₦3,000 application fee covering documentation, onboarding, and administrative processing.
ARTICLE 5: APPLICATION DOCUMENTATION
Applicants shall provide:
Completed application form
Passport photograph
Valid identification (if available)
Parent/guardian endorsement signature
Signature of a close family member
ARTICLE 6: SCREENING AND AUDITION PROCESS
All applicants shall undergo screening and/or audition by the Executive and Creative Committee to evaluate discipline, talent, and suitability for entertainment industry participation.
ARTICLE 7: INTERVIEW REQUIREMENTS
Applicants may be asked professional screening questions such as:
Why do you want to join this entertainment industry group?
What talent or skill do you offer?
Are you ready to work under discipline and creative direction?
How do you handle teamwork and professional pressure?
ARTICLE 8: MEMBERSHIP APPROVAL
Membership is only confirmed after successful registration, screening, and approval by the Executive Council.
ARTICLE 9: PROFESSIONAL CODE OF CONDUCT
All members must maintain discipline, respect, and professionalism. Insults, harassment, discrimination, or misconduct of any kind is strictly prohibited within or outside the organization.
ARTICLE 10: ON-SET AND PRODUCTION DISCIPLINE
During film shoots, music recordings, rehearsals, comedy shows, or events, members must maintain order, punctuality, and respect for production direction. Disruption of workflow is a serious violation.
ARTICLE 11: COLLABORATION AND INDUSTRY ETHICS
Members must respect creative roles and hierarchy within production. Unauthorized interference or disruption of another member’s role is prohibited.
ARTICLE 12: DISCIPLINARY SYSTEM
Minor violations may result in corrective measures, including warning or a ₦3,000 disciplinary fine, depending on severity. Repeated violations attract stricter penalties.
ARTICLE 13: COMPLIANCE AND SANCTIONS
Failure to comply with disciplinary decisions may result in suspension or removal following Executive Council review.
ARTICLE 14: ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY
The organization enforces zero tolerance for theft, fraud, violence, drug abuse, or any illegal activity. Any offender shall be permanently removed.
ARTICLE 15: WEEKLY FINANCIAL CONTRIBUTION
All active members shall contribute a mandatory weekly due of ₦200, payable on a fixed day each week as determined by the Executive Council.
ARTICLE 16: FINANCIAL USAGE AND TRANSPARENCY
All collected funds shall be used strictly for production, logistics, branding, events, and administrative purposes. Full transparency and proper financial records must be maintained.
ARTICLE 17: CREATIVE DEVELOPMENT DUTY
Members must continuously develop their skills in their respective entertainment fields and actively participate in productions and projects.
ARTICLE 18: PUBLIC IMAGE AND MEDIA POLICY
Members must maintain a positive public image of the organization. Defamation, misinformation, or unauthorized disclosure of internal matters is prohibited.
ARTICLE 19: CONFIDENTIALITY CLAUSE
All internal discussions, production plans, and business strategies must remain confidential unless officially released by authorized leadership.
ARTICLE 20: ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE
The organization shall operate under an Executive Council responsible for leadership, administration, discipline, and strategic direction of the entertainment industry group.
ARTICLE 21: DISPUTE RESOLUTION
All disputes shall be resolved internally through mediation by the Executive Council to maintain professionalism and industry stability.
ARTICLE 22: AMENDMENT AND FINAL AUTHORITY
This Constitution may only be amended by a two-thirds majority decision of the Executive Council. This document is the highest governing authority of Qyvexarion Global Entertainment. By joining, every member agrees to fully comply with all provisions contained herein.
