PREAMBLE
This Constitution establishes Qyvexarion Global Entertainment as a structured entertainment industry entity
operating in music, film production, comedy, dance, acting, and digital media. It defines governance, discipline,
financial structure, and professional conduct for all members.
ARTICLE 1: IDENTITY
The organization shall be known as Qyvexarion Global Entertainment, a professional entertainment industry group
focused on talent development and creative production.
ARTICLE 2: MEMBERSHIP SYSTEM
Membership is open to creatives in entertainment. All members must complete registration, pay ₦3,000 registration fee,
and accept full compliance with this Constitution.
ARTICLE 3: SCREENING PROCESS
All applicants shall undergo screening and interview assessment to determine suitability for membership in the entertainment industry structure.
ARTICLE 4: PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT
Members must maintain respect, discipline, and professionalism at all times. Insults, harassment, or misconduct are strictly prohibited.
ARTICLE 5: PRODUCTION DISCIPLINE
During shoots, rehearsals, and performances, members must maintain order, punctuality, and respect for production leadership.
ARTICLE 6: DISCIPLINARY SYSTEM
Misconduct may attract disciplinary measures including warnings, suspension, or ₦3,000 fines depending on severity.
ARTICLE 7: WEEKLY DUES
Members shall pay a mandatory weekly due of ₦200 to support production, logistics, and organizational development.
ARTICLE 8: ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY
Theft, fraud, violence, or illegal activity will result in immediate expulsion from the organization.
ARTICLE 9: CONFIDENTIALITY
Internal affairs, production plans, and organizational strategies must remain confidential unless officially released.
ARTICLE 10: FINAL AUTHORITY
This Constitution is binding on all members. By joining, every member agrees to comply fully with its provisions and governance structure.
